Gift Receipt: If you are purchasing an umbrella gift to be sent directly to the recipient, please include a message at checkout that you would like a gift receipt or no invoice in the package.
Gift Wrap: We do offer gift wrapping services on select products. Please contact us for more information at sales@tray6.com. As a free alternative, we can provide colored tissue paper and a gift card in any umbrella gift order to be sent directly to recipient. Please request at checkout. This can serve in place of gift wrap.

Our Bernard Maisner collection is a favorite with brides. Bernard Maisner is a world renowned artist whose calligraphy is on demand by celebrities for their weddings and special events. Our Maisner umbrellas have lush satin fabric and luxurious leather handles that make the perfect wedding umbrella. See the "Love Love Love" designer umbrella.
Depending on the time of year and the lead time, we do offer custom orders for a wedding umbrella or other umbrella for your special event. We prefer minimum lead times of 6 months to ensure quality and timeliness. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Yes, we can gift wrap your purchase for an additional $8. Our website allows for only one gift wrapped item per transaction. However, if you would like to gift wrap multiple items in one purchase, please email us at sales@tray6.com and we can accommodate your request.
At no additional cost, we can provide color tissue paper in place of gift wrap. We also provide gift notes at no extra charge. Please just send your message to us at checkout.

While there were small differences before, we have now standardized our design so that the CellCatch and CameraCatch are interchangeable. They are equally strong and equally suited for cell phones or for point-and-shoot cameras.

The CellCatch must slip over your hand to be worn around the wrist. The CellCatch is offered standard in one size to accommodate most wrists. If you would prefer a smaller or larger size, please notify us when ordering and we will make a custom size at no additional cost. To check if the size is right for you, measure the distance around the thickest part of your hand. While measuring, position your hand as you would when sliding on the CellCatch.
The CellCatch is designed to be strong enough to support the weight of a modern cell phone. It is designed with steel reinforcement. However, we still recommend that you take care of your CellCatch as you would your jewelry as it is made of sterling silver and high-quality semi-precious stones. You should never swing your phone from your CellCatch and you should hold onto your phone when your on the move. Accidents can still happen and phones may drop from time to time. TRAY6 is not responsible for any damage to your cell phone.
The CellCatch is meant to make carrying a cell phone easier. When you wear your CellCatch around your wrist with a cell phone attached, we recommend that you regulary hold the phone in your hand as well. The purpose of the CellCatch is to reduce the risk of dropping your phone, to allow temporary use of both hands when multitasking with your cell phone, and to stylishly accessorize your outfits. You should never swing your phone from your CellCatch and you should hold onto your phone when your on the move.
The CellCatches do vary somewhat in size. If you view a CellCatch on our website you will find the size information. Unless we receive a specific request, we will send out the size listed, which is an average size. If you have a smaller or larger hand/wrist, please notify us when you order and we will make a custom size for you at no extra charge.
RETURN POLICY
We will be happy to make an exchange or return for any item that you are not completely happy
with. To make a return or exchange please email us at info@tray6.com for a return
authorization number and mailing address for returns/exchanges. The return or exchange item
must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return items must be
sent within 14 business days of the shipping date. Exchange items must be sent within 25
business days of the shipping date. Shipping and handling on returned and exchanged items are
non-refundable. Tray 6 reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if, upon receipt, the
returned or exchanged merchandise does not meet company return/exchange policy requirements.
We will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you
will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit
card upon receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items once they are
ready to ship.
CELLCATCH AND CAMERACATCH LIMITED WARRANTY
TRAY 6 LLC (TRAY 6, We, or Our) extends this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser (You, and its related forms) of
CELLCATCH or CAMERACATCH. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and You may have other rights that vary from state to state.
(1) Warranty Periods & Coverage: We warrant our product to be free from defects in manufacturing or materials during
ordinary consumer use for a period of ninety days from the original date of purchase. Should you discover any defects within this
warranty period simply return the product and your proof of purchase, postage pre-paid, in its original packaging or other secure
packaging, and We will repair or replace the product, or refund your purchase price, at our option. To make a warranty claim,

We specifically DISCLAIM ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR
USAGE OF TRADE. In no event shall any implied warranty imposed by operation of law exceed the shortest applicable warranty
period extended under this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow the disclaimer or limitation of implied warranties, so the

(3) Exclusion of Incidental and Consequential Damages: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
