* Please note: Delivery times based on receipt of order by 12pm PST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. For delivery rates and times to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and other countries, please send an email to info@tray6.com. We do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes at this time.

We will be happy to make an exchange or return for any item that you are not completely happy with. To make a return or exchange please email us at info@tray6.com for a return authorization number and mailing address for returns/exchanges. The return or exchange item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return items must be sent within 14 business days of the shipping date. Exchange items must be sent within 25 business days of the shipping date. Shipping and handling on returned and exchanged items are non-refundable. Tray 6 reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if, upon receipt, the returned or exchanged merchandise does not meet company return/exchange policy requirements. We will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items once they are ready to ship.
