Do you offer umbrella gift wrapping?
We do not typically offer gift wrapping except upon special request. For more information, please email us at info@tray6.com or call/text us at 310.699.0885. At no additional cost, we can wrap your purchase in colored tissue paper in place of gift wrap. We can include a gift note on a gift receipt at no extra charge.
My umbrella broke. Can you repair it?
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your umbrella. We believe in customer satisfaction, so we'll do whatever we can to help you.
How do I clean my Reusable Shopping Bag?
TRAY 6 reusable shoppers should be washed in cold water with mild detergent. We recommend hand washing. If preferred, our reusable shoppers may be washed in a washing machine on a delicate cycle using cold water. Do not use dryer. Please air dry.
How do I clean my Poly Canvas Carryall Tote or Crossbody Bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and, if needed, a mild detergent. For spills inside the bag, pull out the interior and spot clean. Allow the bag interior to air dry immediately. We do not recommend machine wash or dry due to possible damage it would cause to interfacing and padding used inside the bag for durability.
How do I care for my umbrella?
After umbrella use, please allow umbrella to dry before wrapping closed and storing. Do not store your umbrella under direct sunlight as the UV rays will age the fabric more quickly. Umbrellas may be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.

You can attach a point-and-shoot camera to the CameraCatch to make holding your camera more convenient and to reduce the likelihood of dropping your camera. How strong is a CameraCatch?
The CameraCatch is designed to be strong enough to support the weight of a modern point and shoot camera. It is designed with steel reinforcement. However, we still recommend that you take care of your CameraCatch as you would your jewelry as it is made of sterling silver and high-quality semi-precious stones. You should never swing your camera from your CameraCatch and you should hold onto your camera when your on the move. Accidents can still happen and cameras may drop from time to time. TRAY6 is not responsible for any damage to your camera.
