Tray 6 is an umbrella design company intent on combining fashion and function to create high-quality, high-design products we hope you'll love. Why the umbrella? We thought a design makeover was long overdue -- no more plain black and boring plaid, and enough with shoddy spokes and sharp metal parts. Hence, the Tray 6 umbrella was born, equal parts fashion and function.

At TRAY 6 our focus is innovative umbrella design. We want you to look forward to carrying your umbrella the way you look forward to wearing your favorite designer shoes or your trendy new coat.

What does "Tray 6" mean? While in design school, our studios were located on different floors referred to as "trays." There were a total of 5 and as we advanced we moved up a level to the next "tray." Now we find ourselves on Tray 6...beyond school, but not beyond learning and experimentation. Our studios will forever encourage exploration and creativity. We hope you'll see proof of this passion in our products.
