Returns/Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to have a great experience with TRAY 6.  We are happy to make an exchange or return for any item that you are not completely happy with. Simply email us at info@tray6.com for a return authorization number and mailing address for returns/exchanges.   Or if we can help you with any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

The return or exchange item must be returned unused in original packaging along with the original shipping receipt.  Return and exchange items must be sent within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping and handling on returned and exchanged items are non-refundable.  Unless an error was made by TRAY 6, customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will promptly credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation.

Tray 6 reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if, upon receipt, the returned or exchanged merchandise does not meet company return/exchange policy requirements.
