Ordering
There are a number of ways you can place your order.

Minimum Orders
Opening and re-orders $200.
Please feel free to mix and match styles and colors when ordering.
Payment Options
Payment by credit card is requested for first order. Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Net 30 terms may be established for Re-Orders.
Shipping
We ship FedEx Ground. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification sent to an email address by request.
Out-of stock items
Occasionally we are out of stock of certain items. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when available.
Returns and exchanges
TRAY 6 will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return.
